Home Care Sales and Business Development Manager

The Home Care Sales and Business Development Manager role is onsite and on the road in Omaha, NE, with the office at 11808 West Center Road, Suite 100. Compensation is $52,000–$55,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. The role helps launch and grow Senior Helpers of West Omaha's home care business and support its mission of improving quality of life for clients and families. The manager develops referral relationships and lead sources, promotes home care services, and converts prospects into clients. The position builds community awareness and supports business growth through outreach, presentations, networking, and responsive customer service.

What you'll do

• Identify local referral sources
• develop and maintain professional relationships
• visit and meet with referral contacts, including contacting 8–10 lead sources daily
• arrange presentations about company services
• attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• represent the company at community functions
• provide customer service
• and use company software and Microsoft Office. Regular local travel throughout Omaha, La Vista, Papillion, and Elkhorn is required.
