The Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in clients’ homes in Kent City, MI, with service areas also including Comstock Park, Cedar Springs, and Sparta. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour. Right at Home provides one-on-one in-home care with clear care plans and team support. The caregiver helps clients with daily living and personal care needs, supporting safety, comfort, and independence through attentive, individualized assistance.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• support meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene
• care for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions
• maintain patience and professionalism.
