What you'll do

• Facilitate commercial real estate finance matters, including securitized loans, loan assumptions, and lien releases
• prepare initial drafts of loan documents, SNDAs, closing checklists, corporate resolutions, and deal certificates
• examine title commitments, title policies, surveys, and restrictive covenants
• manage entity formation reviews, organizational agreements, tax ID applications, and good-standing filings
• oversee virtual data rooms, review settlement statements, execute UCC filings, and assemble post-closing binders.
