What you'll do
- Manage and execute infection prevention tracking, surveillance, reporting, and education
- champion the resident and staff immunization program
- chair the Infection Control Meeting
- participate in the QAA Committee
- provide individual and group education
- coordinate new-employee orientation
- make rounds to identify education needs and infection-control compliance
- develop improvement action plans
- participate in the nursing team and perform assigned ADON responsibilities.
