What you'll do

• Sell flowers and plants in person and by phone
• assist customers and resolve questions
• contribute to sales growth and merchandise quality
• process website orders accurately
• maintain clean and attractive retail, cooler, and production areas
• unpack shipments, wash buckets, and process fresh flowers according to company standards
• apply flower-handling techniques and basic plant-care knowledge.
