Operations Manager – Jackson

Job overview

The Operations Manager role is onsite in Cassville, NJ, with pay of $24 per hour and approximately 40 hours per week. The role supports daily operations at United Skates of America’s Jackson roller-skating and entertainment facility.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility operations and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• monitor sales, labor, and expenses
• support budgeting, forecasting, and profit-and-loss performance
• help develop sales and marketing initiatives
• recruit, train, coach, and support team members
• resolve guest concerns
• and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. The schedule includes day, evening, and night shifts, weekends, and some holidays
• one to two weeks of company-compensated training travel is required.
