What you'll do

• Assist with dental hygiene education, including didactic and clinical sessions
• instruct students in periodontal instrumentation, soft tissue management, calculus detection and removal, ergonomics, infection control, patient education, and instrument sharpening
• establish preventive maintenance recall intervals with faculty periodontists
• grade student performance
• assist with equipment maintenance and accreditation documents
• respond to emergencies
• and report program progress to the Chair.
