Security Officer — Part-Time Perimeter Patrol Driver

The Security Officer role is onsite in Cypress, TX, and pays $18 per hour. The officer patrols a residential community, maintains a visible presence, responds to security concerns and supports access monitoring. The role contributes to resident and visitor safety through professional service, incident documentation and communication with appropriate personnel.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and contractors
• follow site-specific procedures
• respond professionally to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document incidents and communicate concerns
• prepare accurate daily activity and patrol reports.
