What you'll do

• Provide care support at assigned communities
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, dining, and daily activities
• follow resident-specific medication protocols
• take and report vital signs and changes in condition
• assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and transportation
• maintain resident dignity and privacy
• complete assignment sheets
• follow infection-control procedures
• assist with housekeeping and dining as assigned.
