What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and plans using benchmarking data
• develop value engineering and life-cycle costing options
• identify risks and help maintain the Risk Register
• contribute cost insights to pre-contract meetings
• create cost-control reports
• attend client and design-team meetings
• assist with standardized project templates
• manage change-order and invoice logs and cost reports
• oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.
