What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical support, administrative, operational, and professional roles, excluding physician recruitment except where limited support may be assigned
• source candidates and build pipelines
• lead recruiting events and educational partnerships
• partner with hiring managers
• coordinate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps
• maintain recruiting records and metrics
• ensure candidate-to-employee handoffs.
