The Seasonal Holiday Assistant Local Manager – Retail role is onsite at Del Monte Shopping Center in Monterey, CA. Compensation is $17.90–$18.90 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal staff and daily photo operations. The role helps deliver memorable Santa visits and guest service by supporting staffing, scheduling, training, sales, and event operations.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, and training
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
