What you'll do

• Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner.
• Obtain and document a complete patient history as it relates to the procedure ordered.
• Maintain statistical results for quality improvement.
• Communicate effectively with patient providing explanation of procedures and with radiologists regarding any unusual clinical findings.

Education

Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Experience

1-3 years previous experience as Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer)
