What you'll do

• Manage and support UK corporate tax returns, estimates, payments, disclosures, and compliance deliverables
• coordinate data and documentation with internal teams and external advisors
• support quarterly and annual tax provisions, forecasting, and reporting
• execute and enhance tax controls and governance
• research UK tax matters and legislative changes
• support tax planning, transactions, audits, and separation-related readiness.
