The Senior Architectural Project Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ; compensation is not specified. The position supports LJC Design & Engineering’s architecture practice and its Industrial work with Clayco. This role helps grow the Phoenix practice and portfolio by leading project pursuits, client relationships, design teams, and oversight of complex projects. It also coordinates staffing and operations, supports recruiting and business development, and represents the firm in the design community.

What you'll do

• Lead integrated Industrial pursuits, client meetings, RFP efforts, project oversight, and design teams
• develop proposals and fee analyses
• coordinate studio and project staffing
• oversee complex project design and construction drawings
• recruit and develop design talent
• build client relationships and business opportunities
• develop Industrial expertise and thought leadership
• represent LJC in community and design events
• travel as required for pursuits and client engagement.
