What you'll do

• Maintain the pool and exterior lighting
• inspect properties for safety issues or damage
• prepare properties for seasonal conditions
• respond to 24-hour maintenance emergency calls
• clean grounds and dumpster areas
• turn vacant units
• complete work orders within 24–48 hours
• perform unit repairs and replacements
• follow safety procedures and use protective equipment.
