The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Per Diem role is onsite in Newton, NJ, serving assisted living and skilled nursing communities. Base pay is $24 per hour, with additional differentials of $1 per hour for evenings, $2 for nights, and $4 for weekends. United Methodist Communities supports older adults with daily care in its communities. The CNA assists residents with personal care and daily routines, follows individualized service plans, conducts wellness checks, supports dining and safe transfers, and communicates observations to the nursing team. Per diem staff can pick shifts that fit their schedules across the communities.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
• follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate records
• conduct wellness checks and respond to care needs
• assist with dining, safe transfers, and mobility aids
• communicate resident observations and status updates to the nursing team.
