The Director, Internal Audit, Advisory, & Compliance is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA, with a base pay range of $172,000–$215,000 per year. RGP provides on-demand talent and consulting services to support organizations at every stage of their growth journey. This role exists to support business development and lead engagement delivery across a portfolio of clients, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develops, sells, and delivers internal audit solutions in the marketplace.
• Fosters and contributes to engagement excellence.
• Partners with Practice leadership on client relationship management.
• Provides thought leadership.
• Responsible for the creation of content, tools, and methodology.
• Lead and develop responses for Requests for Proposal.
• Represents RGP capabilities in client-facing meetings.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's-level degree a plus.

Experience

8+ years of experience in internal audit, advisory and consulting delivery at a top 10 accounting and/or consulting firm.
