What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across facilities
• troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units
• maintain plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and other building systems
• respond to maintenance requests
• inspect for potential issues
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• follow OSHA requirements and local codes
• support renovations, equipment installations, and seasonal preparations
• maintain service records
• travel between locations as needed.
