What you'll do

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and assigned care within policy and procedure
• observe and verify medication is taken or applied as directed
• document medications not administered and reasons for refusal and notify a supervisor or Executive Director
• maintain confidential medication and care records
• keep medication carts and rooms clean, orderly, stocked, and locked
• assist caregivers and perform caregiver activities when needed.
