The Retail Lead — Automotive role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports daily store operations at Pull-A-Part, a do-it-yourself used auto parts and recycling business. The Retail Lead helps guide the retail team, serve customers, and maintain a safe, organized store. By supporting training, administration, sales initiatives, and policy compliance, the role helps the store meet daily goals and provide a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

• Support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief with daily store operations
• supervise and motivate retail team members
• provide customer service
• promote safety and environmental stewardship
• maintain store cleanliness and organization
• communicate sales and marketing initiatives
• manage phones, cash drawers, paperwork, and supplies
• support onboarding and training
• maintain vendor relationships
• monitor compliance with company policies and SOPs
• work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Why this role

Leadership or supervisory experience in retail is required. Automotive, salvage, or recycling experience and English-Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.
