What you'll do

• Identify facility training needs and develop an annual plan
• design, develop, or acquire training programs
• evaluate training methods and materials
• coordinate and deliver orientation, pre-service, on-the-job, in-service, and specialized training
• maintain training records and verify certifications
• coordinate training for employees, contractors, and volunteers
• manage workflow and may supervise trainers or other employees.
