What you'll do

• Prepare daily cash deposits and process credit card deposits
• update the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger
• file cheque stubs and invoice copies
• review the aged trial balance and pursue timely collections
• manage past-due balances and escalate as needed
• prepare monthly account analysis and assist with month-end and year-end close
• post and reconcile company credit card invoices and inter-company accounts.
