What you'll do

• Independently manage a full docket of personal injury and employment injury cases.
• Conduct thorough case investigations, fact gathering, and legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and pre-/post-trial documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Collaborate with supervising partners, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient and effective case management.
