What you'll do

• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• work denials, rejections, and underpayments, including corrected claims and appeals
• manage aging and outstanding insurance accounts receivable
• verify eligibility and benefits and apply payer rules
• review CPT, ICD-10, and modifier usage
• identify denial trends and recommend process improvements.
