This senior individual contributor role focuses on building and implementing AI-driven solutions to reinvent HR service delivery and support. This role exists to bridge the gap between human-level HR needs and technical AI capabilities. The partner works directly with HR teams to identify friction points, scope solutions, and build tools—ranging from automated workflows to custom AI agents—that improve how the company supports its 5,000+ colleagues.

What you'll do

• Partner with HR teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Scope and build AI solutions, from workflows to custom code.
• Own solutions from idea to production.
• Collaborate with IT on infrastructure and integrations.
• Ensure all builds meet privacy and security standards.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on HR AI trends.
