What you'll do

• Conduct and document health assessments, medication reviews, and nursing monitoring
• develop and update individual health-care plans
• oversee medication systems and physician-order follow-through
• manage infection control, incident reporting, and health risks
• support regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and inspections
• train and evaluate staff on health duties and medication administration
• coordinate referrals, admissions, records, and transitions of care
• maintain medical documentation and preventive-care tracking.
