The Manager, Lease Operations Technical Accounting role is onsite in Dallas, TX. The base salary range is $115,000–$153,000 per year. CoreWeave provides cloud infrastructure and technology for AI; its Leasing Team sits within Corporate Accounting. The manager leads lease accounting for CoreWeave’s growing portfolio, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and controls as the company expands its infrastructure. The role also develops the team and scalable processes while coordinating with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and external auditors.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop senior accountants
• oversee embedded-lease identification in Network Service Agreements and complex contracts
• direct ASC 842 accounting, including recognition, remeasurement, and modifications
• manage close activities
• review lease-related balance sheet and P&L analytics
• partner across functions on transactions and amendments
• build scalable processes and controls
• manage external auditor relationships
• support financial statement disclosures.

Why this role
