What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs
• ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, AISC certification requirements, and company standards
• develop site-specific safety plans
• conduct orientations and training
• coordinate inspections and audits
• lead safety committee meetings
• maintain safety records and OSHA logs
• investigate incidents and near misses
• manage corrective actions
• coordinate injury management and return-to-work efforts
• advise operational departments on safety practices.
