Operations Specialist, Home Delivery

What you'll do

• Process orders in the order management system, confirm dates, enter notes, validate parts and accessory needs, and take permitting or licensing actions
• design and monitor routes
• assign resources and communicate route details
• review capacity and product availability
• support fulfillment teams
• communicate with customers by email, phone, and chat
• prepare market performance updates and insights
• conduct root-cause analysis
• validate vendor and customer invoices
• audit order details and job completion.
