What you'll do

• Lead and develop plant finance professionals
• manage month-end processes, forecasts, annual plans, and financial reporting
• implement internal controls and ensure accounting-policy compliance
• analyze operational performance and capital requests
• identify cost-reduction opportunities
• support product costing and new product introduction
• manage plant budgets
• lead the Cost Deployment Pillar within World Class Manufacturing.
