Professional Services Specialist

The specialist helps clients configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries used in design-to-manufacturing workflows. By coaching clients, resolving library issues, and sharing feedback with product teams, the role supports successful software adoption and more accurate, efficient production workflows.

What you'll do

• Hold client check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering
• help create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards
• work directly in client libraries when appropriate
• provide one-on-one guidance and coordinate training materials with the Content Creation team
• adapt support to clients’ technical skill levels
• document progress, issues, and fixes
• troubleshoot library setup and configuration
• share client feedback and recurring issues with development and content teams.
