What you'll do

• Make sales and service calls using prepared scripts
• meet the stated expectation of 100 calls and an average of two appointments per day
• collaborate with the Sales Manager on goals and scripts
• answer product and service questions
• record customer information in the CRM
• compile prospect lists
• follow up by phone, email, and other correspondence
• quote small planned maintenance agreements after phone discussions.
