Compensation is $215,000–$365,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a discretionary bonus. Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm’s nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution Practice. The associate advises clients on franchise, licensing, and distribution matters and supports regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, expansion strategies, and franchise-related transactions. The role contributes to sophisticated transactional work and client service, with significant responsibility on matters involving franchise, licensing, distribution, M&A, and general corporate issues.

• Advise clients on franchise, licensing, and distribution matters
• support franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements
• assist with domestic and international expansion strategies
• handle franchise-related M&A and other corporate transactions
• work directly with clients on sophisticated matters.
