What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, drywall, doors, pumps, and dock equipment
• interact with fire protection systems, generators, and low-pressure boilers
• use hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers
• operate lifts and material-handling equipment as needed
• follow PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
• work at heights and in varied weather conditions
• travel less than 15%.
