What you'll do

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues
• analyze policy conflicts and business rules
• review and reconcile data across platforms
• create operational prompts and documentation
• document system-change recommendations and decisions
• assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools
• provide CRM optimization, system design, and governance insights.
