Parking Attendant — Driving

The Parking Attendant role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Pay is $15.50 per hour. The role supports SP+, a Metropolis company, in providing parking operations and checkout-free parking experiences. The attendant helps keep the parking facility organized, clean, and accessible by directing customers, monitoring vehicle counts, and assisting with traffic and facility needs. The role supports a smooth customer experience and reports safety concerns or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.

What you'll do

• Direct customers to available parking spaces
• count vehicles as needed
• issue violation warnings
• patrol parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts if applicable
• help customers locate vehicles
• control traffic at entrances and exits
• assist with parking equipment maintenance and general maintenance tasks
• report accidents, policy violations, hazards, and unusual occurrences
• communicate spills and debris
• substitute for valets when authorized
• assist the Facility Manager as needed.
