Information Assurance Project Manager

The Information Assurance Project Manager role is fully onsite in Lincoln, CA. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Precision Fluid Controls designs, manufactures, and tests components for launch vehicles and ground support applications. The project manager leads the development and implementation of the company’s Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) protection program. The role establishes governance, processes, training, and organizational practices to support compliance with defense-industry requirements and reduce information-protection risk.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of the CUI management program
• establish procedures for handling and protecting CUI
• maintain compliance documentation
• coordinate NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and customer security efforts
• lead gap assessments and remediation
• track compliance status and maturity
• develop awareness and role-based training
• establish risk assessment and continuous improvement processes
• support incident response and corrective actions.
