What you'll do

• Manage a dedicated patient caseload, providing comprehensive support for patients receiving oral chemotherapy and oncology medications at home.
• Responsibilities include delivering patient education, ensuring consistent monitoring, and proactively managing treatment-related side effects to promote safe and effective care outside of the clinical setting.
• Develop expertise in oral chemotherapy and immunotherapy management, patient education and adherence support, and side effect identification and intervention.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
