Compensation is $36–$52 per year. The Ultrasound Technologist role is onsite in Rome, NY. The technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produces images for physicians and other healthcare providers. The role supports clinical assessment by preparing patients, obtaining and documenting appropriate images, maintaining equipment, and following patient-care and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations
• prepare patients and obtain appropriate images
• evaluate image quality and ensure required views are obtained
• document findings
• maintain patient privacy, comfort, and safety
• follow infection-control and workplace safety procedures
• clean and maintain equipment and report problems
• communicate with healthcare professionals
• maintain continuing education and required credentials.
