This frontline position helps deliver safe, attentive aviation experiences while supporting the FBO’s overnight operations. The representative handles guest service, administrative and logistics coordination, night-audit reconciliation, and travel arrangements.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist FBO guests, provide VIP planeside greetings, answer calls and emails, and maintain welcoming facilities. Coordinate fuel and service requests, enter customer and service information, organize records, invoice and collect payments, and reconcile vendor billing. Perform overnight bookkeeping and reconcile cash, card, and petty-cash transactions
• support reporting and closeout. Coordinate guest travel and rental vehicles, maintain crew cars and customer vehicles, and assist with catering and event support. Support airport security, collaborate with the team, and assist with onboarding new representatives.
