The Neuropsychologist role is onsite in Conroe, TX. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Nexus Neurorecovery Center’s interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs for adults with complex neurological and medical conditions. The neuropsychologist conducts evaluations, interprets findings, and collaborates on treatment planning and behavioral interventions. Clinical supervision, staff education, and program development help guide recovery, cognitive and behavioral outcomes, and patient independence.

What you'll do

• Conduct neuropsychological evaluations
• communicate findings to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• collaborate on individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions
• participate in admissions, team meetings, family conferences, and rounds
• supervise and train clinical staff and trainees
• oversee assessment operations
• conduct transitional screenings
• partner with Program Directors
• support education, program development, quality improvement, outreach, and compliance.

Why this role

Requires a doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology, Texas psychologist licensure or eligibility, and at least five years of neuropsychology or related clinical experience. Experience with brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, cognitive rehabilitation, or post-acute rehabilitation is relevant.
