What you'll do

• Assist residents with preparing and administering medications
• administer prescribed routine and PRN medications and treatments within state regulations and delegated authority
• observe and report adverse reactions and deviations
• take and record vital signs when required
• document medication administration
• prepare and store medications
• maintain medication rooms and carts
• assist nurses with resident care and activities of daily living
• respond to medical alerts
• protect resident confidentiality and rights.
