What you'll do

• Engage customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• recommend plumbing, HVAC, and related products
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• use catalogs and computer systems to locate parts
• process transactions
• coordinate with Outside Sales Associates
• manage special orders and order-status follow-up
• assist with inventory and cycle counts
• maintain an organized counter and follow safety requirements.
