What you'll do

• Manage real estate and civil litigation matters
• represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• research and analyze legal issues
• draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• advise clients on strategy and risks
• handle landlord-tenant, ownership/title, contract, lease, and guaranty disputes
• manage deadlines and case strategy.
