What you'll do

• Support cGMP manufacturing operations
• assist with equipment setup and calibration
• perform rework and quality testing
• use systems such as LIMS, SAP, and automated controls to collect and evaluate operating data
• ship finished materials
• maintain inventory
• sample in-process and raw materials
• operate glass washer and autoclave
• prepare buffers and media
• prepare equipment using CIP/SIP
• perform cell culture, column chromatography, and tangential flow filtration.
