What you'll do

• Assist with preparation, cooking, baking, and packing
• prepare bread, cookies, cupcakes, and pan dulce
• prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner
• follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• maintain clean and organized food-storage areas
• handle, store, and rotate food properly
• clean and sanitize kitchen, coolers, storage, and bakery areas
• perform additional duties as requested by the Bakery Supervisor.
