Data Server Technician

The technician builds, installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots servers and related networking equipment alongside a senior hardware engineer. The work supports reliable production services through hardware repairs and upgrades, server administration, inventory and documentation, prototype testing, and on-call incident response.

What you'll do

• Build, rack, cable, configure, and maintain servers and networking equipment
• assist with installations, repairs, upgrades, and projects
• troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• support Linux and Windows server administration
• maintain inventory and documentation
• test prototype devices and server configurations
• travel between data center locations
• participate in on-call support, including evenings and weekends.
