• prioritize customer satisfaction and assess jobs with a customer-service focus
• manage referral-source relationships
• maintain accurate paperwork and industry-specific app records
• keep jobsites orderly and equipment clean
• communicate with office staff, supervisors, and technicians
• follow safety protocols.
