Position Description:. The Case Management Supervisor provides direct supervision, support and oversight to Foster Care and Adoption (FCAP) Case Managers and the Supervised Independent Living (SIL) Case Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring high quality case management services, regulatory compliance, staff development and consistency in service delivery across FCAP and SIL programs.
